Nice wins on RTW. It looks like your understanding that Cav and Archers are the two greatest threats on this game. Keep it up.

infantry has its place, in close games its usually whoever has the better infantry that will win the game, i prefer to think of cavalry as my sledge hammer, my archers the fire and my infantry the anvil.

Get those three right and you should* have a deadly sword, or axe, i don't judge. much.

P.S. :you can tell im bored because i sound cryptically stupid and is it me or do these exclemation points look green. and like lightsabers?

Nah I wish I had a replay to show you where Zeke, Axe, and Myself played some GoTW players and only brought Cavalry and Archers. It was a Heroic victory for us. Infantry is to slow to catch archers and if they get to close you hammer them with cav. I do agree about the sometimes having a place though.

that requires a finesse that few have wolf, although the most deadly armies tend to only have 4 infantry in it, infantry belong in the end game, when your archers are out of ammo and your cavalry has exhausted itself.

My best Egypt ran only 4 pikes, but i think i squeezed 12 archers counting ha with CWB, with proper usage it's nigh unstoppable. It's the usage part thats hard though.

WOOOOLFF!!! whats up, my man !! hey, ur gonna love this LOL..i only play 15k these days, and i followed your roman Heavy cav and archer build, almost, to the tee. my opponant sees my army..and th cocky bastard LAUGHS! he had alot of cav (catas) and inf. and some archrs.
