I'm not a Turk, i'm Dutch, half Indonesian. My avatar is an Indonesian Sultan.
I do like Ottoman history. And i think Greek and Turkish culture have much in common. I have been at Turkish weddings and they dance in groups somewhat like that as well and it's pretty fun

Well Greeks are in Europe but they are basically Eastern Culture, and you can make sure of the by going over to Greece and being among them, comparing them to Turkiye or some other Eastern place. And of course the Byzantine Empire did extend all the way to present day Israel. The Greeks traded a lot and explored, they had many colonies set-up around the Mediteranean.
