| This fight was crazy. I ended up just trying to follow Boru's cavalry and just sending my infantry into a meatgrinder to try to help out. It turned out good, well played my bretheren. Shot at 2007-08-09 This battle me and mac used our new semi favorite strategy of using only cavalry and bum rushing the person who forgets to bring pikes. They did bring spearmen, but we had enough cav to sweep over them and quickly take down both of their armies. Shot at 2007-08-09 Again me and mac with all cav rush. England forgot to deploy spikes and Russia had nothing that would put a dent in our forces. Once again our cav swarmed over like a wave and managed to score another win for us. Shot at 2007-08-09 This was another great game. Me and Mac went for all cav, once again, while Shogun did the smart thing and brought a well rounded army. In the end the timiruds elephants smashed apart my cavalry force, while horse archers and other spear units finished me and Mac. I managed to escape with a few Reiters. Shogun, with a real army, managed to destroy the remaining opposition. Thanks for saving our arses Shogun Shot at 2007-08-09 In this game the opposition had swarms of horse archers. It was 2k huge armies, so I only managed to get 2 Reiters, while Mac brought in atleast 360 peasant crossbows. Shogun brought another well rounded army, with light cav and plenty of infantry if I remember right. My Reiters, with their short ranged pistols, were really only good for picking off the heavy cav. They also managed to catch a few enemy units off guard in melee. But all my thanks go to my teammates who ended up doing most of the work. Shot at 2007-08-09 | |

| Gamespy decided to hate me today, that or my parents screwed up the internet connection. Sooo, since I can't gather more victories online, I'll give you one screeny with a good description instead In this battle, I took an all cav force consisting of three horse archers and 3 heavy cavalry, not including my general. Mac brought a force of heavy cavalry, pikes, and muskets. As the game started I observed the enemies forces. The Russkies consisted of only missile units. A tide of horse archers and a nice group of foot archers faced me from across the field. The mongols had a thick front line of loose, cheap archers, backed by the intimidating naffatun and the biggest threat to me, units of spearmen. They also brought in a few cavalry units. My first move was to send my grouping of horse archers to tie up the mass forces of Russian horse archers. Still, the Ivans had enough to bypass my mounted archers and continue on to harrass my heavy cav. Under the hail of arrows I quickly made the decision to rush the unprotected archers the Russians fielded. Already several of my riders lay impaled with numerous arrows. Meanwhile, my horse archers were putting a steady hail of arrows into the opposition, but were recieving an even flow of deadly shafts. The fight between the two groups was even casulty wise, both sides having mounds of the archers lying on the ground, pooling in their own blood. My heavy cavalry, by now, had reached the archers and smashed through the front rank of arqubusiars, which I do not know how to spell. Their lances stuck into the ground, a satisfying corpse being propped up on the long weapon, the heavy horsemen drew their maces and began bludeoning the dismounted Dvor, which fought back fiercly, but failed to shed much blood. By now the mongols had sent help from the harrassments Mac was delivering with his cav, and I was forced to retreat, threatened by the mass of spears. I safley nestled my remaining men inside of Mac's iron wall of pikes. His muskets sounded off, unleashing lightning quick bullets and clouds of smoke. The shots found their mark, felling the Mongol's line of archers. The confusion of battle was powerfull, as we both made decisions here and there that I cannot recall. My cavalry got caught in a fierce fight while slaying the unprotected wall of archers. Naffatun threw their foul pots into the midst of my men, setting them a fire and seeding chaos and fear. The cavalry of the Mongols engaged my men along with their spearmen. Then the Russians charged their mounted archers into my flank. It was a fight I could not win. Many of my men were slain, refusing my order to fall back. But amidst the carnage, only one unit routed. I once again fell behind the protection of Mac's pikes. The Mongols and Russians counter attacked, hitting the wall of pikes and ranks of musketeers with flaming pots and hails of arrows, reducing their numbers rapidly. With my numbers so few, I tryed to help any way I could. As the Russians smashed into the weakened wall of long pikes, I counter charged with my heavy cav. The Russians could not handle the combined thrusts of pikes and the strong swings of maces. They fell back with much fewer numbers. On the other side of the map, my horse archers had discouraged any flank the horse archers would commit too, and the Russkies fell back in line with their bretheren. I continued to harrass them with my reduced number of mounted archers. Beyond that my memory grows dim. All I can remember is that in the end my ally and I overcame their forces and scored a great victory. Very well played Mac. Shot at 2007-08-09 | |

| add 2 more victories, my third i forgot to take the screeny In this game, our opponents had ranks of muskets, and I did not. Instead of facing volleys of flying death, I rushed my nearest opponent. My cavalry smashed into his swordsmen and muskets, while my horse archers went off with his. My infantry then ingaged the pikes and spears before they could take out all of my cavalry. The fighting was fierce and many were slain, but with the help of Romulus on my side, we overcame them. Shot at 2007-08-10 This one me and Rom grouped together while Celtic and Boru grouped up at the opposite side of the map. Rom and I tried to rush the faction on the far left, but it was obvious they would beat us to safety and we pulled off. After we engaged me and Hroth engaged in a fierce fight, and entered a stalemate. I rashly threw my general into the fray and he was slain, followed by the route of my entire army. But Boru and Celtic had triumphed over their opponents and came to the aid of Rom. After a brief fight, they won us a victory. Well played everyone! Shot at 2007-08-10 | |
