Cossacks- Back to War on Steam

Years ago there was a game called Cossacks I played frequently. It's an rts that takes place in the 17th-18th Century. The graphics are definitely dated but it allows up to 8,000 units on screen, with the ability to use formations and all kinds of other goodies. Only $5. Not sure what the multiplayer standing is, but for the price of most games DLC it's totally worth it.

Yeah I played it alot. It was my favorite game before Total War.

Btw, its time for me to get a new game. What should I get? Are you guys still playing RUSE?

i havent been playing as much due to no games being up but if you grab it we should get some fun outta it.

What about CIV V? Its that or RUSE.

Honestly i wouldnt mind having a game which we could play together thatd take a couple days to play through it, likes Sins of a Solar Empire or Civ V etc.

That's interesting. I have Cossacks II: Defenders of Europe. For some reason as I remember, I could never get it to install properly... oh well.

Yeah TNA, I'm still on the fence... I liked all the other civ games but I never tried any online. I already know RUSE is fun...

I dont know, I'll probably give it another day before I buy something.

I tried to get the 2nd one from a little less than legal ways but never could install it right

And if you pick up Civ 5 i might just get it next pay check. I played the demo but it didnt really give me much time to judge it properly.
