A Proper Empire (APE)

I waited untill they started making the Empire mods as mod-foldered versions to post any. That means that they dont effect vanilla Empires at all and they have their own desktop shortcut. So heres the first:

Also included; over half a dozen new units, with more to come -- there are even compatible additional unit packs provided by members of the community!

Its a small file(as mods go) and adds alot. I really like it.

If you like it Romulus I will give it a shot

It adds alot to the visuals and makes you have to really set proirities on what you spend your money on. I think its a blast.
